Complete basement remodel, which resulted in a new interior stairs, two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a den for entertainment and a new laundry room. “Built-in” storage was created whenever possible to make full use of the space. This project was located close to the Mt. Davidson area of San Francisco (some before photos included for fun).
This was a kitchen remodel in Lower Pacific Heights that required some clever thinking to maximize the space. We removed a wall and this allowed us to maximize the counter space and create a true galley kitchen.
This was a commercial renovation to create offices and maximize the potential of the space.
Here are some pictures of a deck project that we just completed in Hayes Valley, San Francisco. The owner was looking to add a contemporary deck to their home that would facilitate easier access to the garden. The materials use were ipe hardwood, copper balusters and walnut wood plugs.
